Session 1 - Friday, May 1st
Have you ever wondered what to cook to highlight that sauvignon blanc or merlot? How to make the perfect cheese and charcuterie board to serve with your favorite viognier and cabernet? Now is your chance to learn from the best! Join Clif Family Winery's all star team—Winemaker Laura Barrett and Chef John McConnell as they walk through pairing various wine varieties with your favorite foods.
Session 2 - Saturday, May 2nd, 5-6pm PST
Get ready for some learning and lots of laughs with Chris Cosentino. Our favorite gregarious chef extraordinaire will walk us through some of his favorite "stay at home" dishes and share tips to maximize what's in your pantry. Rumor has it Chef Jeff Mahin might be popping in to keep an eye on things. To wrap up the hour, we'll get sweet with Chocolatier Chris Kollar and Pastry Chef Kara Lind.
Sunday, May 3rd, 5-6pm PST
Grab a glass of wine and settle in for story time with CLIF Bar Co-CEOs Gary Erickson and Kit Crawford, plus Eric Gilsenan, aka the voice of CampoVelo. They'll talk about the early days of CLIF Bar and discuss some of their fondest memories on the bike, as well as how CLIF is giving back to our frontline healthcare workers.
