Raised on a unique culinary blend of home-made pastas, locally caught Atlantic seafood and that old fashioned Yankee fare, Chris Cosentino's Rhode Island upbringing inspired his creativity in the kitchen from a very young age. Now, across the continent, Cosentino is creating his own traditions. As the executive chef of San Francisco's Cockscomb, he has created a dynamically rich culinary experience. On the dining floor, patrons remark at his respectful and approachable aura at all times; the people's chef. A passionate single-speed, ultra-endurance mountain biker turned road cyclist, Cosentino envisioned mixing his culinary expertise with cycling in beautiful St. Helena, California.
